Order placement process

Send the inquiry to the email and attach the specific customization requirements at the same time. Take the pet bowl as an example: which capacity is needed, what is the specific quantity, what is the surface color, what is the logo, whether the packaging has a design, and whether the required price is in US dollars or personal currency, etc.

2. We will calculate the specific price according to the specific requirements and reply to the email message within 6 hours.

After receiving the quotation, sample making can be carried out. According to the sample requirements, a certain fee will be charged. However, when the order data reaches a certain quantity, the sample fee is generally reduced or refunded when customizing bulk goods.

4. After confirming the samples, send the PO and pay the deposit for the customized bulk goods. Our factory will complete the production within the specified time.
